Founded and developed this events management company and built it from scratch. Responsible for spearheading all aspects of planning, coordinating

and launching of special events including birthday parties, bar/bat mitzvahs, weddings, quinceañeras, fund raisers and more. Led events through all

aspects from program planning to onsite execution and post event analysis. Managed a staff of 8 and generated annual sales in excess of $2M.

Developed and implemented events of all size and scope with budgets ranging from $75 350k.

Accountabilities included catering management, space planning, logistics, scheduling, food & beverage services, entertainment, customer relations,

purchasing, vendor relations, and public relations functions.

Monitored event quality and service and oversaw staff ensuring they exceeded customer expectations.

Negotiated contracts with all hotels, country clubs and meeting facilities.
