Repaired hardened field fiber connectors for Patriot Missile Batteries. Repaired Biconic connectors for 11
systems, returned $12 million dollar weapon system to full operational capability. Received AF
Achievement Medal for actions.
Reutilized serviceable batteries from salvaged vehicles; saved $1,200 dollars annually. Identified and
procured an environmentally friendly “Optima” battery; reduced hazardous waste disposal and conventional
