In this position I have worked as triage nurse, caring and assessing
individual patients in an office setting which utilizes the integrated
medicine model with Internal Medicine, Family Practice, OB- GYN,
and Behavioral Health. During the year that I have held a position
with this company I have functioned in many capacities, Case
Management, Triage, Phlebotomist, Referral Nurse, Pharmacy
Assistance through the PAP program.
As Case Manager I was responsible for locating and obtaining
resources for housing homeless individuals, located funds for first/last
months rent, furniture, dishes and utensils as well as utility deposits
and utilizing resources to assist individuals become self sufficient
Whatever the need has been in office I have experienced most
positions within the scope of my expertise as a nurse from answering
the phone at the front desk, to collecting samples in the lab and most
things in between. Since June of this year it has been necessary to fill
in for the Phlebotomist collecting lab samples, processing and
completing the entire process.
