Responsibilities

Equipment analysis for entire (KMA) marketing area (SC, NC, VA); Generated Expense and Capital Purchase

Orders for entire KMA to include but not limited to: equip repairs, temp worker payroll, warehouse supplies,

office supplies, etc; Complied end of month financial accruals for KMA; Built data and spreadsheets to use

throughout the K MA to determine inventory levels, needs, issues; Paid all invoices for the K MA (either via

a PO or company issued credit card).

I created and maintained all reporting/analysis for the KMA. This information was shared throughout the

Worked with sales planning on all promotional store displays and determined the specific item codes/

assortment to be used based on historical shipment and scan data.

Monitored KPI (Key Performance Indicators) to ensure all contractual obligations are met; reserve levels vs.

reserve caps, promotional service level, forward buy levels vs. forward buy caps, dead/excess inventory levels

and cost, etc.

• Forecast inventory needed for promotions and ensure normal turn forecast is accurate.
