dollars of supplies. Responsible for oversight of
employee training, hiring, efficiency and future
development. Required to maintain and assist in
budgetary goals set by upper center leadership
teams. Support center during all required European
Medicine Agency, Food and Drug Administration,
OSHA, internal and external audits. .

counseling and termination. Charged with primary
human resource task for direct report employees
daily. Member of the Quality Assurance team that
ensures that center is following all company, FDA,
and German Health Authority procedures with in the
facility. Ensure that all center budgetary concerns
are met monthly, quarterly and annually. Ensure
