PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

GRAPHIC PACKAGING INTERNATIONAL, formerly known as Riverwood International,

Sr. Store Coordinator (2007-Present): Primarily responsible for all

storeroom stock materials.

1. Motivate staff to ensure they are performing at their highest level

possible.

1. Work with Planners to ensure all materials needed are available on

due dates.

1. Ensure all in-house and outside repairs are precipitated on all

stock items.

1. Perform daily cycle counts to ensure SOX compliance.

1. Optimize storeroom inventory based on established tools; turn

rates, etc.

1. Daily manage $ 4.5 million dollars of inventory.

Maintenance Manager (2005 - 2007): Primarily responsible for day-to-day

operations of maintenance staff and ensuring timely repairs are completed

to maintain optimum performance.

1. Motivate staff (48) to ensure they are performing at their highest

level possible.

1. Resolve both staff and machinery performance issues in a timely manner

to ensure day-to-day operations run as smooth as possible.

1. Ensure equipment is operating at optimum performance level.

1. Distribute scheduled maintenance to staff according to priority and

staff ability.

1. Schedule preventative maintenance on machinery as needed to alleviate

unnecessary down time.

Maintenance Planner (2003 - 2005): Primarily responsible for SAP

Maintenance Module, preparing work-orders for vendors, scheduling and

preparing for outages for two departments.

1. Compile invoice of materials/parts and task list for various

equipment.

1. Creating work plans and scheduling outages for maintenance.

1. Request needed parts to complete repairs.

1. Creating equipment #'s and BOM's.

1. Assist plant engineer with major projects.

2. Monitor equipment through the use of EI3, Equipment Down-time

through-put system

Maintenance Lead(2000-2003): Primarily responsible for all breakdown

maintenance during shifts.

1: Responsible for all repairs on equipment during rotating shifts.

2: Ensured that all crafts were notified and had all materials and

tools needed to complete task.

3: Coach and mentor junior maintenance employees to ensure that they

know all policies and procedures to be successful and safe.

4: Complete all paper-work at the end of shift.

5: Ensure all parts were signed out.

6: Make calls to appropriate managers when downtime required

notification.

Maintenance Mechanic (1991 - 2000): Worked on 30 machines for two

departments, assisted co-workers on outages and other detailed jobs.
