employees and their performances at various levels, their various
issues while working in Industries such as Steel Industries, Brick
Industry and Oil Mills. Successfully
identified various health problems of workers while working in an
industry through Ergonomics Tools (RULA, REBA) and hence suggested
some standard techniques to reduce their issues regarding health.
