Security Shift Supervisor/ Lead Security Officer July 2013 - Present

Directly reports to the security shift manager and supervises four lead security officers and dispatcher.
Assist management with hiring, training, evaluation, monitoring and scheduling of security personnel
while performing security duties in adherence to the internal controls and company policies. Provides
assistance and support for security personnel and assists with patron transactions when necessary.
Responsible for the physical safeguarding and security of casino assets, safety of patrons and employees
while in the establishment. Prepares written security incident reports to document significant gaming
issues, incidents, and patron complaints or disputes. Has full signatory ability on the following
documentation – access logs, stand-up/dual rate log, key logs, counterfeit documentation, MEAL books,
patron dispute forms, key destruction documentation, marker documentation and jackpots.
Senior Advisor/Instructor/Trainer March 2009- September 2010

Responsible for all performance oriented training concerning the M1A1 tank weapons platform, utilizing
the United States Army Armor School small group methodology. All instruction is geared towards basic
thru advanced level instruction relevant to all crew positions associated within the M1A1. Training
consists of classroom, hands on performance oriented training under harsh desert conditions, including all
phases of live fire Tank Gunnery, operating in a 24 hour range operation environment. All personnel are
required to perform range maintenance as well as live fire control tower operations. Work consists of a
seven day work week including the responsibility of equipment maintenance assigned by the Tank Team
Manager.
Instructor/Trainer October 2007 – February 2009
General Dynamics Land System, Fort Hood, TX
Instructor provided program planning, schedules and instructional techniques for the M1A2 and M1A2
SEP tank. Advise and assist instructors in the development, validation, and implementation of training.
Present classroom theory and hands-on instruction that encompasses vehicle familiarization; safe
operations; drivers training on the M1A2 tank, to include starting, stopping, driving; and PMCS
(Preventive Maintenance Checks and Services), operation of each crew station, and knowledge of
organizational maintenance procedures. Conduct/assist unit personnel in operational procedures at field
site while performing other duties as assigned by site manager or armor lead.
Inspector June 2007- September 2007

management teams during after duty hours. Conducted In-processing and out-processing of residents in
Government quarters, contract termination room inspections, verified occupancy and assisted occupants
