Project: Enzyme Production by solid state Fermentation

Duration: 6 months

Description:

soya oil refinery waste viz, Soya De-Oiled cake is reach in protein and can be used to produce enzyme

Protease which is used in various chemical industries like brewing industry, food and cosmetic industry.

National Chemical laboratory provide microorganism aspergillus oryzae which are inoculated on soya

DOC, by maintaing aseptic and necessary conditions and further downstream process I successfully

extracted the protease enzyme which is saleable in the market.

Seminar:

Presented various topics, electricity production by osmosis, clean burn technology, ecofriendly

production of paper etc at National Level in different colleges
