Roles & Market Research / Industry Analysis– Performed Primary & Secondary research to

Responsibilities: analyze the Steam Management, identified key trends, patterns & drivers involved .

from reputed manufacturers, and the complete BOP (Balance of Plant) is done by

Tecpro in house.

Role: Project Mechanical Engineer

Duration: June 12 – Jan’ 14

Description: To support the strategic initiatives of the Industry Vertical thereby assisting its Clients

understand their key project issues, reports needs etc. and incorporate them in the

Project Deliverables. Also has been deputed at Nanjing, China for a period of 7 months

for Project Management.

Roles & Project Management– Project Monitoring and Controlling especially with Boiler,

Responsibilities Turbine and Generators (BTG) suppliers.

Imports and Exports– Responsible for BTG dispatches and shipments from China

Project Scheduling– Dealing with the Chinese vendors and managing them according

to the project schedule.

Quality and Inspection– Inspecting all the stage inspections, hydraulic inspection for

boiler, various tests for turbine and various materials at different OEM locations as

Hangzhou, Qingdao, Anji, Fuyang, Ningbao, Nanjing (all in China). Also to co-ordinate

Inspection between various Inspection Agencies (as TPL, BV etc.) and Client

Accounts – Responsible for timely processing and auditing of Project monthly bills.
