• Successfully initiated a project ($2.5 mm) that will deliver linear video content to small and medium size hotels

in a matrix environment using a traditional Waterfall methodology. Major accomplishments: Started the

process of repairing trust between business and technology; developed a strong project foundation; and

identified/ engaged key stakeholders for the project to be successful.

• Managed a Recommendation Engine program ($5.5 mm) with multiple releases that delivered personalized

• Implemented and managed a PMO for a data quality program which included: defined a standardized process

workflow, managed all data remediation efforts, mentored project managers, etc. Trust was gained across

business lines by working the transparent, standardized process.

• Transitioned the business team from a waterfall methodology to an Agile/Scrum Methodology. This resulted in

the team focusing and delivering on high priority initiatives along with successfully meeting changing

requirements.

• Developed a data quality tool using TIBCO’s Business Works to identify corrupt data in the DataBase Of

Record (DBOR) across five dimensions (validity, accuracy, consistency, completeness and uniqueness).

• Managed a M&A process for merging over 1200 cell sites into the DBOR which included the enhancement of

a data validation tool in ACCESS. This process identified over 75,000 potential errors with a potential savings

of 2 million dollars.
