Joseph oversees a group of people who are responsible for sales that take place outside of business’s location.
While it is also Joe’s job to be a Client facing salesman who regularly visits clients places of business, Joseph
also manages a number of people whose job it is to produce the finished product and return the product to the
customer. Joseph works to update client relationship management software to reflect the status of numerous
relationships. Joe educates customers on their needs and proper applications of various products and equipment
to complete the various types of business tasks. While Joseph maintains a number of existing relationships he
also looks to build new relationships and rekindle old relationships in order to complete more sales transactions.
First Data – Account Executive, Merchant Funding Division
October-November 2014
First Data’s merchant funding product proved easy for Joe to sell, in that he was the top producer and highest
volume caller for his brief time in the position. Revenue generated and commissions paid to Joe exceeded the
forecasts and performance of his entire division. However, because of the business model presented, the lack of
opportunity for growth within the company led to Joe’s accepting another, more forward-thinking position.

J.P. Morgan Chase – Business Development Manager
January 2010 – November 2013
While at J.P. Morgan Chase Joseph’s job was to grow the balance sheet of the bank, through various
relationships he established. Joe worked at a number of Suffolk county locations because of his success building
a business model for others to follow. Joseph built relationships with local businesses and individuals, securing
deposits and investment relationships with the use of spin selling. Joe increased the deposit base over 25% each
of the four years he was with the bank.
Garal Distributors – Sales Manager
April 2009- January 2010
While with Garal Distributors Joe was responsible for the distribution of beer, wine, soda, water and sports
drinks. Joseph’s job included but wasn’t limited to managing the sales staff as well as the distribution staff to
meet certain deadlines and objectives. It was Joe’s job to build relationships with the store management to get
better placement for the product and advertising materials, in more visible areas for the customer to see.
Wells Fargo Home Loans – Account Executive
August 2007-November 2009
While at Wells Fargo Joe worked in the Wholesale Mortgage division, building relationships with mortgage
brokers and bankers throughout the state of New York. Joseph was responsible for the solicitation of business,
but also for training, document gathering, processing, and closing of real estate transactions. It was a
responsibility of Joe’s to stay updated on state and federal regulations to make sure his customers adhered to the
law.
Florida Capital Bank Mortgage – VP Northeast Wholesale
February 2005-February 2007
During his time at Florida Capital Bank Joe worked in the VP of the Northeast Wholesale Mortgage Division
where it was his job to work with mortgage bankers, and mortgage brokers to secure mortgage financing for
real estate transactions throughout the Northeast. Joe managed sales, operations and underwriting of mortgage
transactions for NY, NJ, CT, and MA. While Joe was in charge of the Northeast the division led the company in
profit margin as well as production. Joe spearheaded a move into sub-prime mortgages for the bank and led that
division to record profitability. Joe was responsible for hiring staff, training, facilities, customer relations,
advertising, and the balance sheet for the Northeast
