Position Summary:
• Provide support to the Property Manager to maintain compliance with applicable
regulations and lender requirements. Works with the Property Manager in the
achievement of property goals.
Essential Functions/Position Responsibilities:
• Certify tenant income accurately and timely, ensure that all documentation is
complete and accurate in order to determine eligibility and ensure program
compliance;
• Maintain tenant files, track and prepare files for annual renewal and recertification
process;
• Prepare and submit all recertification’s to Property Manager for review and final
approval;
• Forward non cooperative recertification cases to designated attorney;

• Ensure the security and protection of private tenant records and documents in
accordance with all applicable standards, rules, policies and regulations;
• Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal staff and departments,
owners, community groups, funding sources, and other housing related
departments or agencies to achieve goals;
• Proactively identify and inform the Property Manager or Assistant Director of any
issues that may adversely affect the department or organization;
