Duties And Responsibilities:

. Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans;

conferring with management.

. Determines project responsibilities by identifying project phases and

elements; assigning personnel to phases and elements; reviewing bids

from contractors.

. Prepare Material take-off, verification of specification and quantity

of materials given in AFC drawings with materials listed in MTO and

arising queries to client if any deviation.

. Planning and coordination of fabrication, painting and the erection

process as per project schedule, follow up with the QC department for

expediting NDE clearance.

. Directs & monitors activities of assigned subordinates in compliance

with the daily activity plans & programs.

. Checking and approving fabrication drawings with reference to GA

drawings and relevant codes & standards.

. Prepared fabrication and painting physical progress reports.

. Responsibility in making the daily accomplishment report.

. Coordination with the erection department for dispatch of priority

structural members to erection site, material department for issue of

erection material to site, and engineering department for resolution

of site queries.

. Make necessary QC documents and coordinate QA/QC activities like WQT,

weld visual inspection, blasting profile inspection and painting DFT

inspections.
