OBJECTIVE

Is to obtain a position as a cabling technician. I am Certified by the

F.O.A. & Draka for fiber Optics & Cat 5&6 Cabling . I have a secret

security clearance through the military.

Personal Qualifications

I have strong personal communication skills and, I easily adapt to work

environments.

I have the ability to organize, prioritize and work under extreme work

pressure, heavy work load and deadlines. I am very hard working and am

constantly improving my skills.

EMPLOYMENT

USMC 2010-2014

Aviation Ordinance Technician

- Routed over 25 miles of cable to ah-1z and uh-1y helicopters.

- Installed over 150 Coax and Molex Connectors.

- Troubleshoot and repair aviation electronics and cables.

- Managed a team of 30 technicians.

- Quality control.

Prior to the Military I was a student.

EDUCATION

National Communications Training Centers

-Fiber Optic Association Certification/Draka Certification.

-Received 30 RCDD and 12 Installation BICSI credits.

-Technical Training: Over 105 hours of intensive hands-on training in the

following:

-Fiber Optic Cable

-Termination of more than 50 connectors (ST and SC)

-Fusion Splicing - Fiber Splice Enclosures preparation (Tyco, Coyote,

Corning)

-Cable (Corning and Pirelli ribbon) up to 432 count.

-Site plan interpretation - distribution of high-count fiber to homes.

-Power Meter and OTDR testing.

-EIA/TIA Standards
