that all of my hires attain certain goals. Some of my Hires were even promoted into
managerial positions after only 4-6 months of training with me.
- I am always developing the meetings. The meetings were on a variance of these topics,
sales tactics, leadership skills, how to train and be a great coach, as well as how to obtain
goals. I am the host who is running and preparing these meetings to give other leaders
within the company.
- I have received awards for my successful management in multiple companies. One for
largest quarterly improvement. One for high individual net sales and one for highest sales
team monthly and quarterly. Two for customer service. As well as One for highest
employee satisfaction.
- In addition to all of this information above I am a member of the United States Military
in the U.S. Army National Guard. From this fact you can obviously see I have a high
degree of professionalism, discipline, leadership skills, resilience and self accountability.
The military has also given me a security clearance; meaning the U.S. government trusts
and authorizes me to handle sensitive material.
