mass); maneuverability; drivability; comfort, light unsprung weight, and (sport)handling vehicle suspension
systems; and reduced costs.
• 3D modeling, detailed drawings (including tolerances and GD&T), large assemblies and simulations on
SolidWorks, Inventor, AutoCad, & Catia V5 for components, jigs and fixtures, assembly design of almost all of
the above mentioned engineered components. Used FEA (finite element analysis) in the design process.
• Drawings and models for parts engineering, visualization, simulation, design validation, design failure analysis,
costing, quoting, prototype, manufacture process, presentation, and patent purposes
• Design validation with Finite Element Analysis, Simulation, and specific customer and physical tests
• Consulted with, presented to, and discovered the need of numerous, distributors, customers, engineers, vendors,
and investors
Created a fixed tension chain or belt drive system that eliminate varying drive tension on long travel rear
suspension systems
Created a unique adjustable and / or suspended seating system. Seat system designed to keep shoulders of
ride / driver the same distance from the steering control device as the seat moves up and down. Patent in
process

5 Years Management and Team Building Experience 1998 to 2003
Managed a team of leaders, led team meetings to improve processes and controls by promoting my ideas and allowing the
input of other ideas, taught leaders to perform their functions by influencing them without manipulating them, motivated
and corrected leaders, held and managed special events and trained leaders to manage events
Professional Overview: “From 8 years old to Evolver”
From my early years I have been designing and building machines with custom tailored enhancements to form an
eloquent and cost effective engineered solution for my customers’ needs. Probably my first was a 4 wheel peddle vehicle
I “customized” for my 4 sisters at the age of 8. Designed and built a gocart at age 12 based upon available manufacturing
capability and the customer’s perceived need.
After go carts I never stopped designing and customizing (even temporarily) machines. Spent over 7 years maintaining,
troubleshooting, problem solving and repairing mechanical, electric, and electronic machines. My goal was to get the
customer’s machine operating on the first call and keep them operating with minimum interruption. I developed critical
thinking skills to create countless temporary solutions on the first call, good enough to keep customer satisfied until the
parts came in. To create uninterrupted operation I implemented custom maintenance programs some created by my
employer and many I designed myself.
Marketed and used one of the most effective self motivation and goal setting systems in the world. Learned to have a can-
do attitude, look at the glass as half-full, never quit, influence people without manipulate them, role with the punches, a
hunger for self improvement, process, a heart and mind for details, decisiveness, enthusiasm, integrity, confidence and
many other life skills.
Spent over 10 years in sales of electric and electronic machines and systems to businesses. Worked with the customers to
find their real pain and their real need. Designed the most sound solution, helped them acquire it, then implemented the
solutions and confirmed customer satisfaction. Sometimes I had to work hard to make sure other departments completed
the project to customer’s expectations. Often I designed customized solutions.
Began design of my first road-able aircraft over 20 year ago and continued that project for over 10 years. I put that
project on the back burner in 2006 to design 4 wheeled vehicles, systems and machines. Designed, built and presented to
investors my first adjustable car desk over 10 years ago. When organizing records for over 1000 customers and prospect
on the road, it greatly simplified the process.
