Attending business men having accounts with bank for their Over Draft/ Cash Credit /Te rm loan/Bank Guarantee or

Letter of Credit requirement. Work also demands analyzing their accounts and balance sheet as per their eligibility

and credibility for giving them the limit. Also involved in Cross selling them and sourcing new current accounts.

Studying account statements of other bank accounts and understanding the inflow or outflow of funds, Credit

Summation, cheque bounces- both inward and outward, Validating Vat Returns, and understanding other loans of the

customer.

Continuous following the portfolio health and maintaining a good relation with the customers for timely interest

payment, as also keeping an eye on the usage of funds and not letting it to be a NPA.

Continuous follow up with the customer on timely repayment so to avoid late paymen t charges or penalty, and such

that the facility can be renewed on timely manner.

Collecting references from the neighbours and other business men about the business style and nature of business of

Customer Relationship Management:

Enhancing customer satisfaction matrices & monitoring customer complaints on Loans and Advances

Building and maintaining healthy business relations, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.

Renew customer’s facility before expiration after one year.

Credit Evaluation

Conducting analysis of CIBIL, RBI Defaulter list, MCA List & CPCS data to evaluate the risk profile; understanding the credit

requirements and credibility of the borrower and assessing them as per policy guidelines.

Evaluating company financial from among the key credit banking ratios & analyzing their credit worthiness for sanctioning

limits.

Creating CAM Report i.e. Credit Appraisal Memo for Agri Loan and Business Loan

Fraud & Risk Management

Undertaking non-starter updates to credit and identifica tion of risks and monitoring of risks arising by funding of

certain profiles, scanning documents to avoid frauds by minimizing the losses & implementing recovery strategies in

case of payment defaults.

Handling quality control exercise of verification repo rts published by External Agencies through various Quality Check

Tools such as Seeding, Verification Back-Calling, Re-Verification by Credit Team, etc.
