TITLE: POWER MANAGEMENT OF HYBRID PHOTOVOLTAIC AND UTILITY POWER

SYSTEM

ABSTRACT:

Embedded system is used in this project. Photovoltaic (PV) systems convert light

energy directly into electricity. Photovoltaic (PV) solar energy systems are widely used as an

important alternative energy source. To overcome the problem of intermittent power generation,

PV power systems may be integrated with other power sources. Hybrid systems composed utility

supply and batteries which can be integrated with PV power systems to provide uninterrupted

high-quality power. This combination can be used as a reliable power source. The control of the

hybrid power system is done using the embedded system.
