. As the Plant Manager I manage the daily

operation of a manufacturing plant to include

Maintenance, Production, Sanitation, Quality,

Budget requirements. Used Six Sigma tools to

increase productivity and determine root

Production Manager

. As the Production Manager I managed a diverse

team in the production of Flour and Corn

Tortillas. My team produces a high quality

product daily. I work closely with all support

departments to insure that production continues

to produce at a high level with minimal down

time. During my tenure as Production manager,

teamwork has become paramount in the achieving

budgeted goals and requirements. I am

responsible for managing Key Performance

Indicators, and development of goals for the

production team. These goals include Production

waste, Down Time, Man Hours, Efficiency, and

Product Yields.

2008-2010 Mission Foods Goldsboro, NC.

Warehouse Manager

. As the Warehouse Manager I oversaw the

distribution of commodities throughout the

southeast. My team provided scheduling

guidelines for production to insure that all

products were made within a timely manner in

order to meet customer needs. I was

instrumental in boosting morale by maintaining

a firm but fair management style. I developed

KPI's for the team that illustrated profit and

loss through spoils and inventory adjustments.

I improved productivity by identifying each bin

location through a number sequence.

Productivity improvements were also achieved

through initiating an optimal pick sequence for

the order selectors.

2005-2008 Industrial Cold Storage Jacksonville, FL.

General Manager

. As General Manager I was responsible for the

daily operation of a full service shipping,

receiving and storage operation to include 3

managers, 7 supervisors and over 100

associates. I oversaw an operation that houses

over 26,000 pallet positions. Total sq footage

of the operation was over 275,000. My

responsibilities ranged from labor management,

KPI reporting and budget development. I

evaluated managers and associates in proper

customer service and shipping procedures. I

enforced and develop policies that affect the

profitability of the organization. As General

Manager I was solely responsible for achieving

budgeted cash from operations in correlation to

revenue goals.

2002 - 2005 Industrial Cold Storage Jacksonville, FL.

Operations Manager

. As Operations Manager I operated and control a

multi-dimensional facility that provided

standard pallet in and pallet out to customers

along with direct order pull distribution. I

supervised over 60 people daily to include

three warehouse supervisors. I worked closely

with USDA Export and Import inspectors. I

implemented procedures and productivity

tracking for daily productivity activities. I

worked closely with customers to coordinate the

inbound and outbound flow of their product. I

have a full understanding of E.B.I.T.D.A. as it

pertains to the monthly profit and loss

statement. As Operations Manager, Customer

Service and timely delivery of their goods was

my daily goal.

2000 - 2002 Nordic Cold Storage LLC Goldsboro, NC.

Plant Manager

. As the plant manager I was responsible for the

total operation of the warehouse. I worked closely

with all inspecting organizations including ASI,

USDA, and OSHA. During my time as plant manager

the warehouse maintained a high standard of

excellence. I was able to give each individual a

vision of professionalism. Each associate that

worked under me understood that they were a piece

of the entire puzzle. As the plant manager I

worked closely with sales and operations in future

business plans and budgeting. I provided customers

with prompt and accurate service.

Assistant Plant Manager

. As the assistant plant manager I was responsible

for a multi million dollar inventory. The

warehouse became a functional business under my

leadership. I was able to provide organizational

and leadership skills that turned our operational

level up to respectability. My leadership

abilities provided a clear and precise mission to

all of the associates who worked under me. As the

assistant manager my duties included man-hour

management, productivity, and safety

standardization. I supervised over 30 associates

on a daily basis. I also worked closely with USDA

to perform export quality inspections on a daily

basis to ensure the quality of the product. I

conducted pre-employment interviews to ensure the

quality of all associates who worked for me. I

also operated an extensive computer system that

tracked our inventory. I was also the regional

OSHA forklift safety coordinator.

service. As Co-manager I had to be knowledgeable
