ATTORNEY:
Engage in the general practice of law to include employment law, contracts,
family law, probate law, personal injury and disability cases. As part of my
practice, I review various company policies and handbooks. I suggest to
management methods in which to improve internal policies and how to ultimately
avoid litigation. I gather information by conducting personal interviews, by
utilizing various discovery techniques, investigations, through reviewing
company policies, and by conducting legal research for case law, federal and state
