Facilities Operator Performed daily data collections on operating systems, tested and processed

waste water from the production floor containing cadmium residuals, performed weekly,monthly,

quarterly and annual preventative maintenance tasks as assigned. I also repaired and painted walls,

replaced ceiling tiles and cleaned and replaced carpet tiles when needed. I also did receiving and

shipping after hours, using forklift and pallet jacks.

Maintenance Water Filter Technician Operated the waste water facility, filter press and

monitored the pH of water in fluent and effluent, replaced chemicals, and removed and

Water Care Technician Responsible for monitoring water quality leaving the plant.

Operated waste water treatment system by injecting polymers, coagulants and other chemicals to clean

the water and monitor the pH. I performed daily and preventative maintenance on system. Responsible

for testing boiler water and adjusting chemicals, water softener testing and running a belt press for

sludge removal. Operated a forklift daily moving chemicals. I attended Hazwopper and HAACP training

annually.

Heavy Hauler Operated 30, 40 and 50 ton dump trucks in the Hanson Inc. gravel pit. I operated a

10 yard concrete truck off road hauling slurry to back fill excavations.

Operations and Maintenance Technician – I was responsible for the maintenance and operation of

booster stations, well sites, chlorination stations and reservoirs. The position involved repair and

replacement of pumps and chlorinating equipment, repair and replacement of piping ranging from .25

in. up to 48 in. I also did extensive new construction involving concrete forming, pouring and finishing. I

operated power tools, hand tools, airless paint guns, rollers, brushes, saws and so on. We were required

to enter, pull and update work orders on a computer, send and receive e mail and search web sites for

technical data.

Honeywell Incorporated: Phoenix, AZ. May, 1989 – Oct. 1992

Senior Parts Inspector I was responsible for the first article, in process and final inspection of

precision machined aerospace parts. This involved the use of hand tools, surface plate, gages, both plug

and thread, and also used the Coordinate Measuring Machine for

positioning of hole patterns and other measurements. We did work for Honeywell, MacDonald Douglas,

Boeing Aircraft, and various military and private concerns.

Computer Assisted Drafting and Design Course encompassed drafting of electromechanical

components as well as electronic schematics for single and multilayer printed circuit boards. Both board

and computer drafting were taught.
