CURRENT JOB:

I have joined as Graduate Engineer trainee at FLSmidth

Private ltd on July 16th 2012 and confirmed as a Lead Engineer on July 16th

2013(25 months completed). Now working in Bhilai Steel steel plant in Durg,

Chhattisgarh for the company's one of the greatest Pipe Conveyor project.

CURRENT PROJECT DETAILS

. INTERPLANT PIPE CONVEYOR for 3kilometres for transferring lime to

another conveyor. This project includes structural steel of 1600 MT

and civil works for erecting Trestles and Galleries. Conveyor

panels will be erected in the Gallery and rollers will be fixed in

which the belt goes like a pipe inside the panels. This is the

First Pipe conveyor in this Steel plant with Curved Galleries

(Vertical and Horizontal). The project worth was approximately

60cr. I am taking care of the Mechanical Structure & Equipment's

erection, Planning & documentary works. Also in the free time

seeing Civil castings also and known some basic procedures in Civil

castings. As on date 60% job completed and expected commissioning

date is OCTOBER 2014.

. Effective Decision and Proper Planning will be taken for improving the

Production rate as well as Decreasing Rejection quantity of Total

Production Rate.

plan based on the site situations.
