Summary This project will automate the LOB file generation process

that for the Case Management project. The file is

currently being generated through manual queries

This project is to provide the necessary data for the

Sales Force Dot Com (SFDC) application so it can assign

CRMs to loan numbers provided by the LOB (Line of

Business) and to create a central repository that

stores all CRM related info. Data is aggregated into the

CRM central repository from various systems before being

transmitted to SFDC. SFDC then modifies this data and

sends it back to the CRM. New BAC internal web services

and Batch

Interfaces will be developed that will be used for

updating data from SFDC to BAC systems and also for the

display of CRM Account Information in other applications.

The Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) will be able to

access the Sales Force Dot Com (SFDC) tool and smooth

interfaces built as part of CFC to BAC transition

project. It is a common system interface which function
