Coordinated civil work activities on $1.6 billion dollar project that included planning and initiating land
bridge demolition, roadway maintenance, and foundation installations.
Coordinated 200+ on-site personnel to achieve project completion requirements. Provided oversight of
construction of 40 acres of evaporation pond installation.
Oversaw construction of foundations for Powerblock to include: steam generator, turbine, nitrogen and
water treatment foundations totaling over $27 million.
Lead construction of structural work to include: concrete foundations and tilt-up walls
Managed the installation of multiple bioremediation units which included installation of clay liners,
monitoring ports, and sprinkler systems.
Directed installation of $10 million fire protection system by executing the contract and coordinating
across mutliple departments for complete site compliance.
Investigated damage, accidents, and delays at construction site to ensure that proper construction
procedures are being followed.
Constructed 4 monitoring wells and 2 production wells. Coordinated monthly storm water management
program compliance, maintenance and inspections (SWPPP).
Ensured compliance with the Air Quality, Biological and Cultural Requirements indicated in the
California Energy Commission’s Decision.
