Directed accounting staff of 3. Responsible for accounting function of privately held NY

metropolitan area residential interior construction company with numerous high end projects.

Operations Restructuring: Restructured accounting function in response to fast company

growth and the inability of largely manual processes to keep up. Modernized and automated

accounting processes and functions. New systems enabled outside review of books and led to

securing a large credit facility to continue aggressive growth plan.

Staff Training & Development: Trained Bookkeepers about balance sheets and profit
