Work Experience:
1988 to 1992: C ollege Park Properties, Gainesville, Fl. Property Manager. Responsible for all aspects of
property manage m ent including property acquisition and analysis, hiring and firing, annual budgets, etc.
Maintained a 98.6% occupancy rate in a market that averaged just 78%. Grew from 200 units to over 1,200
units managed in just 5 years. Instituted DFWP saving the co mpany 25% off workers co mp premiums.
1992 to 1996: D&J Meats, Jupiter, Fl. General Manager. Responsible for all aspects of managing and
maintaining customer accounts for a small family owned wholesale m eat business. Increased sales and
accounts from an average of $50k per m onth to $120k per m onth through adding product line and expanding
existing customer base.
1996 to 1998: LiDonni Paving, Inc., Jupiter, Fl. Sales. Responsible for estimating and sales calls for small family owned
paving company. Increased sales from $350k per year to $1.1 Million per year. Increased profit margin from 9% to 18%.
Rebuilt strained relationships with local permitting agencies.
1998 to 2002: ADT/TYCO Corporate, West Palm Beach, Fl. Senior Sales Representative and Team Trainer. Responsible for
alarm system design and sales for residential and small businesses. Also responsible for training new representatives.
Consistently in the Top 10% Nationally with a 78% closing ratio on Company leads and a 94% closing ratio on self generated
leads.
2002 to 2005: Dorado Properties, Jupiter, Fl. Owner. Bought, rehabbed, sold and/or rented distressed properties.
2006 to 2009: Ecowater, Stuart, Fl. Sales Representative then promoted to Sales Manager. Sales of water systems to
residential customers through company leads. Consistently in the Top 10% Nationally with a 45% closing ratio (National
average 24%). Promoted to Sales Manager after just 18 months. Brought Stuart location to #2 Nationally.
2009 to 2012: Konia US, Inc., Vero Beach, Fl. Vice President of Sales. Negotiated exclusive right to sell contract with
Australian Company to market their unique water filtration product throughout the US. Set up distribution network in the
US including sales, marketing, and maintenance. Designed 50,000 gallon per day water farm pods to extract pure water from
the humidity in the air. In 2010 was summoned before Congress to discuss Water, Water Scarcity, and International Security.
2012 to present: Part time self employed designing, consulting, and selling water systems.
2013 to 2014: Pinder’s Seafood. Started in retail sales and was shortly promoted to Seafood Manager responsibility for
scheduling, ordering fresh and frozen product, marketing and customer satisfaction. Once becoming Manager I increased gross
sales 26% monthly (yoy) and increased sales of incidentals (dips, sauces, etc.) 130% monthly (yoy).
