fabrication.

> Perform responsibilities of developing, implementing & maintaining

> Extensive knowledge of the methods, techniques & principles of

costing & cost control.

> To co-ordinate with client regarding project cost related operations.

> To prepare cost estimation, feed enquiry to the ERP system, prepare

quotations submit it to client.

> To take time to time follow-up & final the order by negotiating

whenever required.

PIPING DESIGN & PLANT CONSTRUCTION-

The course included a sound fundamental basics and practical

applications of piping and process

equipment design aspects. The main topic covered in the course were,

Coded design as per ASME B31.1 & ASME Section-VIII, Div.-I

Material selection for petrochemical industry & oil refineries.

Process plant layout as per OISD118 & equipment locations & design of

various Pipe Rack systems & storage tank.

Various piping equipments & fittings & dimensional standards for them

(butt welded, screwed, socket welded flanged connections)

Post construction codes in service inspection codes such as API570

(Piping Inspection code) & API510 (pressure vessel inspection code)

Different types of valves, their functionality types &

characteristics.

PFD, P&IDs, process symbols, line list preparation, development of

plant equipment & piping layout, piping isometrics, material take-off

& BOM, piping specifications.
