Current Position:
August 2014-Present Dance & Fitness Instructor/Motivator
Teach various fitness classes such as Working with
people who rehabilitative exercises for various injuries,
strengthening, and successfully working with a new
prosthetic limb. Developing a one on one relationship with
clients to help them successfully complete rehabilitation
therapy and continue at home therapy programs or join
continuing wellness programs.

This Seasonal position was from April to October. Taught
Mat Pilates & Pilates Reformer, Yoga, Flexibility,
Balletone, Dance Aerobics, Zumba, Water Aerobics, and Step
Classes to various ages and ability levels. Introduced
Fitness Lectures on various topics about body conditioning.
Taught private one on one training sessions using dance
therapy techniques and conditioning exercises.
