Around Eight and half years experience in Shop floor where as Manufacturing & Assemble

the Wind turbine generator, Automobile, & Engineering components .

Having knowledge in various Manufacturing methods like Metal cutting, Metal forming,

Fabrication,Painting,Surface&Heat Treatment process. Strong knowledge in TQM,

SPC,MSA,5S, FMEA, 7QC Tools, 8D concepts.

Knowledge about PPAP, ISO 9001:2008,SAP R3(QM), Material standards like EN,DIN

and IS & NDT Techniques(ASNT LEVEL II).

Sr.Engineer Quality in Regen Power Tech, Chennai.

Reporting to Manager QC / Plant Head

Perform Incoming Inspection of Castings,steel structures,Bearings and

machining & fabricated parts as per the Quality Assurance plan and

Return the Rework and Rejected components Correct fully to Supplier.

Perform In process Inspection to control the In House Rework and

Rejection.

Perform Final Inspection as per the Quality Assurance plan to Avoid the

Site end Returns as a Rework and Rejection.

Handle Customer Complaints & observe Non conformities make CAPA

using Quality concepts like 7QC Tools, 8D, and Root Cause Analysis.

Communicate with internal customer’s & Determine the needs related to

Product and Continually improve the shop floor to achieve Zero Defect.

Perform as a Auditee for Internal as well as External audit and prepare the

Relevant documents accordingly.

Perform as a Internal auditor and identifty the opportunities to improve the

systems.

Perform Supplier Assessment by Evaluating the Supplier’s Ability to meet

the Quality requirements of the Product.

Perform Supplier Audit for Identify the areas to improvement and control

the supplier’s Product Quality Level.

Perform Supplier Rating using Pareto analysis to monitor and improve

the supplier’s Product Quality Level.

Perform MSA to monitor, measure and control the Equipment variation for

control the Total Product Variation.

Perform in house Calibration of Manual and Hy torque Machines.

Monitor the Calibration check status of the Measuring instruments and

co ordinate for the external calibration.

Able to Perform SPC to detect and control the special causes of variation in

the process and continuously control the process from the variation.

Able to Perform Bench Marking to find out the Best Practices and

Implement in the shop floor that gives superior performance.

Perform stage clearance of incoming, inprocess,final and delivery

inspection in SAP .
