Job Description: Design & Development of products or Machine

Components considering the aspects of Industrial and Client

Standards, Implementation of GD&T and managing of design data

using Product Lifecycle Management tools.

RESPONSIBILITIES

o Design of Frames, Enclosures, Towers and special purpose components

for machines to accommodate Factory Interface, Electrical Equipment

and gas-lines using modules such as, Modeling, Sheet-Metal,

Mechanical and Electrical Routing, Large Assemblies, Simplified Reps.

and generating BOM (Bill Of Material)

o Creating Parts, Assemblies & Drawings through integration of Product

Lifecycle Management (PLM).

o Quality check of the drawing as per the company Industry Standards &

uploading the drawing/models and releasing the same to shop floor

through Streamlined PLM Process.

Title:- FEP- FRONT END PRODUCTS

Responsibilities:-

. Design of Platforms for the Factory Interface, Control Boxes to hold

the electrical components, Skin-Panels and frames for different

machines.

. Making Design changes to the existing platforms and CDS Towers to meet

the new demands or requirements of the customers.

. Producing 2D Drawings for frames and platforms by using Welding

symbols and GD&T and Client Specific Standards.

. Selecting Supplier and getting approvals for the OEM's used in the

design.

. Tech-Review of the Produced drawings according to organization and

production standards.

. Releasing of components to Manufacturing Facilities by uploading the

same into TeamCenter.

. To create documents containing the Retrofit Procedure and Assembly

procedures to ease the proess of installation and retrofits.

. Design of Semi-Spill proof Enclosures for housing of Electrical

congestion in key areas of equipment.

. Detailing of the drawings using GD&T and implementing Client Specific

Standards.

. Final Quality checking and documentations works for the finished

models

. Releasing of parts to Manufacturing Facilities by uploading the same

into auto cad
