Responsibilities
I am responsible for processing all Real Estate/Personal Property Taxes for over 400 locations across the
United States.
Ensure all payments are being reviewed/processed on time for approx.
1000 Real Estate Parcels.
Work closely with our 3rd Party Vendor to review/approve Personal Property Returns.
I also track/ provide additional research regarding all Appeal Opportunities and make recommendations to
the VP of Tax.
Process all monthly Administration/Appeal Cost Savings Fees for our 3rd Party Vendor.
Work closely with our Internal Accounting Department; to assist with their end of month reconciliations
pertaining to tax payments.
I am also responsible for processing all of Corporate Real Estate "Direct to Landlord" Real Estate Tax
Payments.

I worked closely with multiple Tax Authority to recover duplicate payments going back 2 yrs. Created a payment
schedule for all Real Tax payments that is currently used by Corporate Tax/Accounting Department.

• Manage all Lease Administration duties to ensure all leases are fully executed.
