• Developing and managing all NCM scheduling, field operations and safety, subcontractor

contract negotiation and administration, change order administration, contract document and

1,796 bed jail, sheriff’s administration headquarters and 16 courtroom courthouse.

• $43 million Olympic Field Hockey Center responsible as Project Engineer for closeout and

completion of Phase 2 & 3. Generated over $3M in changes which significantly increased

Turner and clients.

• Georgia State University Student Center as Project Engineer of design build CM @ Risk

$16M, three (3) level, 120,000sf CIP, masonry student center with a 550 car precast parking

coordination, engineering and cost control, project reporting and closeout protocol.
