Responsibilities taken include not limited to:

• Respond to inquiries and requests for assistance from visitor team members and guests.

• Patrol and survey hotel buildings and grounds.

• Notify management of facility status, activities and any problems. Monitor entrances,

verifies passes and issues appropriate ID badges.

• Report all fire hazards and safety violations.

• Investigate security incident and prepare report on it.

• Secure/unlock offices, storage areas and other facilities. Secures guests property and

documents accordingly.

• Monitor and control vehicular traffic on campus and enforces parking regulations.

• Ensure department/hotel equipment is maintained in serviceable condition. Communicate

equipment needs/repair to management.
