Vacuum Lifting System

Summary: The basic aim of the project is to fabricate an easily handling vacuum

lifting system. For this the arrangement is made in order to lift the porous and

non-porous material easily by using suction pressure. Air is supplied through air

compressor, the running air pressure used about 3bar for generating vacuum. For

generating vacuum the non-electric vacuum generator was used which is capable of

generating high vacuum pressure such as electric vacuum motor. The suction cup is

used for gripping the work material. As this vacuum lifting system is already

exist in so many companies but the initial cost and operating cost is considerably

more. The intention of designing and fabrication of this project is to reduce the

operating cost. This vacuum lifting system has very less operating cost due the

usage of non-electric vacuum generator. And it is very safe and effective for

lifting material compared to other lifting systems like, crane lift, manipulator,

automated guided vehicle, pallet tilter, strainer etc.

Pneumatic Punching Machine

Summary: The Pneumatic Punching machine is assembled in very simple way as this

type of pneumatic punching machines are already existence in many automated

company but their operation is very complicated due to the embaded or either PLC

controlling which also leads to increase the fabrication cost. The punching

operation is controlled by electrical relay which makes the punching operation

simple and effective.
