made, set up displays and ensured the availability of stock on the

floor, do joint visit with occupational therapists etc.

update client profiles, contact customers via telephone in order to

market new products, receive and re-direct incoming calls, provide

product and service information to customers, in the absence of the

manager, supervised staff of eight persons, work with team to ensure

that customers receive quality service and care etc.
