Hi my name is Saba Kahsay, I'm 19 years old and I was born in Fresno

California. I graduated from Las Vegas High School last year with a 3.3

GPA. I will be attending College of southern Nevada in the spring seeking

my degree in Associates of Business. I am a fast paced worker that does

well under pressure. The past year and a half at Nike I have gained

excellent customer service skills and passion for satisfying consumers. I

have also gained strong leadership and relationship-building skills. I have

the drive and commitment it takes to be become successful in life. Growing

up with both parents diagnosed with diabetes wasn't easy that is why I

always took school serious because I know one day when I get to where I

want to be in life I will be able to help my parents and pay them back for

everything they gave me. They are my role models and they are the reason

why I will never take life for granted. I am dedicated and willing to do

whatever it takes to get this job.

Nike Retail Sales Associates

Working as a Sales Associate at Nike my position was to keep customers

happy by giving great customer service in the footwear department. I

am a fast learner so I worked in numerous departments but footwear

required me to do things like;

. Stocked shelves and supplies and organized displays.

. Demonstrated use and care of merchandise.

. Helped customers with questions, problems and complaints in person and

via telephone.

. Organized racks and shelves to maintain the visual appeal of the

store.

. Developed positive customer relationships through friendly greetings

I also worked at the Registers for about 8 months dealing with large

transactions. I made sure all my consumers left with their receipt also

capitalizing on the surveys that were on the bottom of the receipt for

money off there next purchase.
