Designation: Operations and Maintenance Executive.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Promote and uphold company’s performance standards and ideology (on time delivery,

quality, lean manufacturing, continuous improvement)

• Responsible for all Mechanical maintenance of plant (Process Systems) including

breakdown modification and Preventive maintenance.

• To maintain all resources for day-to-day, weekly monthly mechanical maintenance activities

Ensure compliance to procedures and best practices.

• Performed routine maintenance inspections of equipment to identify and respond to

problems in a timely manner, thus preventing breakdowns.

• Provided solutions and fixed equipment malfunctioning, system faults and network errors –

Used root-cause-failure techniques, corrective actions, modifications and performed

replacements and/or new installation.

• Worked with company’s vendors and supervised subcontractors during various maintenance

projects to ensure proper completion of work performed at customers’ facilities.

• Support Procurement of spares, maintaining inventory of Critical Spares

• To follow and implement standards and procedures for the engineering and technical work

performed in the department as per cGMP and FDA.

• To understand equipment capabilities and relate to process outcomes.

• Breakdowns trending & root-cause analysis, Maintain History records, Conduct regular

Troubleshooting.

• Utilized different reliability and testing strategies in plants to maintain and improve

operation’s profitability.

• Inventory control of spares. Ensure Shutdown jobs execution as per schedule.

• To Keep SAFETY FIRST. Live the Safety stand, adhere to the safety responsibilities.

• To Track and communicate work order notifications with all relevant staff members.

• To provide trend analysis data to HOD with regard to relevant work processes.

• To Understands day-to-day production challenges, repeating/nagging issues ensuring proper

• B.Tech Mini-Project

Title: Coal handling plant and boiler maintenance pressure parts in a thermal power plant

Team Size: 4

Description of the Project:

This project gives the brief description on how the coal is handled in

step by step process and also maintenance of the boiler along with its pressure parts in a

thermal plant. This project has been done in the 3rd Year, 2nd Semester of B.Tech.

• B.Tech Main-Project

Title: Optimal machining conditions for turning of particulate MMC using Taguchi

technique

Team Size: 4

Description of the Project:

This project gives the brief description on how the turning operation is

performed on a particulate MMC and how the output parameters like surface finish & power

consumption is optimized by using Taguchi technique and OEC (Over all Evaluation

Criteria). It is a in-house project done in the 4th Year, 2nd Semester of B.Tech.

PROFESSIONAL PROJECTS

• Project title: Eliminating Red spots in coated tablets

Team size: 3

Project duration: one month

Role: As a Initiator and team member, to provide data to HOD with regard to relevant work

processes and to ensure the day to day target of the project

• Project title: Reducing the discharge time in a Tablet coating machine.

Team size: 2

Project duration: One month

Role: As a initiator and to contact the manufacturer for improvising the tablet discharging time and also take

care that there is no effect on the production process

ACCOMPLISHMENTS

• Received Team Performance Excellence Award behalf of project on Red spots.
