the customers in order to achieve sales goals. Always represent the boutique in a positive manner
while ensuring recurring business, my daily duties include: being responsible for assisting customers
with choices and providing information about the product, operating cash register, assisting inventory
management, transferring items from warehouse if needed, dealing with product maintenance and
repairs, resolving complaints in a satisfactory manner, providing customers with product knowledge in
terms of features and warranty, and maintain the visual appearance of the store by managing store
displays and keep abreast of trends and competition.

The reception was manned by one team member at a time, meaning that I had full responsibility of the

purchase invoices were correct according to deliveries. With this position, I enjoyed being accurate
and sensible in numbers and had a lot of pleasure in negotiation.
2004 During my studies, I was volunteer for the culture activities of Lille 2004 European
Capital of Culture. Also with school colleagues, we collected gifts from professionals and
