1. Recruitment

In-charge of the end to end process of recruitment including the

following:

. Sourcing, paper screening and inviting prospective applicants

. Initial Interview of applicants

. Coordination with respective department heads for applicant's final

interview

. Issuance and Monitoring of pre-employment requirement requirements

. Background Check and Employment Check of newly hired employees

. Preparation and coordination to other assigned employees for New

employee needs

. Tour and Introduction of new employee

. Preparation of Appointment paper, other contracts and other materials

for new employees

. Maintenance and pooling of applicants and subcontractors for projects

2. Attendance & Timekeeping

Monitors and maintains attendance of all employees including the

following:

. Preparation and maintenance of Leave Summary Report

. Monitoring of Tardiness report

. Preparation and Issuance of Tardiness Disciplinary Action Memo to

concerned employees

. Preparation of summary of leaves, absences and tardiness for payroll

deduction

. Maintenance and monitoring attendance through the new Payroll

Computerization Software (October 2013)

3. Benefits Administration

Handles monitors and ensures employees availment of company benefits

including:

. Health Care Benefit (under Maxicare Health Care Corp)

. Insurance (under First Life)

. Facilitate in town hall meetings and policy trainings

7. Resignation & Clearances

. Issuance of Clearances and other documents to resigning employee

. Monitoring completion of clearance of the resigning employee

. Conducts exit interview to resigning employees

8. Performance Appraisal System

. Issuance and monitoring of completion of Performance Appraisal for

Probationary employees

. Checking completeness, computation of over-all rating and attendance

rating for semi-annual company performance appraisals

. Monitoring merits and demerits of employees for performance appraisal

. Preparation and issuance of Examination for employees on policy

implementation

9. Others

. Preparation of Certificate of Employment, Certificate of Clearance and

other HR related certifications

. Preparation of resume of employees and other certifications for

submission to Bids

. Coordination of Identification cards and Calling cards for employees

. Maintenance and update of Company Directory
