Regional Human Resources Manager - 8/2004 to present
. HR responsibilities for the facilities in Spartanburg, SC, Vega Alta,
Puerto Rico, Grand Prairie, TX and El Paso, TX with experience in our
Ontario, Canada facility.
. Two HR Coordinators direct reports and dotted line reports at plant
sites. I report to the Sr. Director of Human Resources.
. Provide guidance and support to other Regional HR Managers in the
field to ensure practice consistency

o Administer annual Mercer employee engagement survey which
includes distribution, employee group meetings with findings and
feeding, and propose solutions to employee concerns to each
