Independent Warranty Administrator - Warranty Administrator and Writer for Agricultural, Construction, Lawn

and Garden, ATV, etc. dealerships throughout the United States. Receive and closeout tech information daily for dealership

repair orders, edit, check for errors, invoice and file for warranty. Rectify any warranty claim errors; re-submit if necessary for

remaining payment. Weekly reports are sent over for collection status and audit ready. Create multiple reports including

Profit/Loss monthly. Audit all work completed internally vs. outgoing work to be filed.

Facilitate technician training to ensure documentation is completed correctly for processing and cost effectiveness for Service

Department procedures. Created policies and procedures manual for dealerships to ensure warranty claims are being

administered. Work with manufacturers to incorporate success with problems within warranty filing policy and procedures as

well as gaining trust to facilitate proper handling of work being submitted.

We have over 50 years experience in the mechanical and warranty field including a previously licensed Diesel and ANP

Mechanic who knows their way around an engine.
