levels. I am SMQT certified, and am knowledgeable with both the Federal and State regulations for long term care.

In my current position as Administrative Director of Nursing, the State came in for a licensure and certification survey

less than two months after I was in the building, and the facility received multiple non harm citations. On June 12,

2014 the State came back for a revisit and we cleared all citations in less than one day.
