. Educating employees regarding notice pay and post separation

formalities (PF withdrawal/ PF transfer/ FNFS queries).

. Analyze attrition data and develop strategies to manage and reduce the

attrition, created a system to map attrition.

. Ensure F & F settlements for ex employees are processed within

prescribed timelines. Review exit interviews and related tasks.

. Preparing and presenting the Weekly/Monthly/Annual Reports pertaining

to Recruitment, Exits, Attrition, and Hiring etc.

. Effective coordination for timely mediclaim settlement of all

employees.

Transfers & Relocations:

. Initiating Transfers, issuing letters and sending communication

mailers to the stakeholders.

. Updating the transfer details in the Zonal database & SAP within TAT

and maintaining the cost tracker.

. Procuring necessary approvals for relocation, hotel stay/ company

accommodation.

. Coordinating with the admin department for travel booking and hotel

stay/company accommodation for the employee.

. Coordinating with the IT department for arrangement of Desktop/Laptop.

. Ensuring on time payout to movers & packers and facilitating a smooth

transfer of household goods from hometown to the transferred location.

. Sending the details of the transferred employee in the monthly payroll

input.

Employee Engagement:

. To maintain the quality of work-life and a balance between

personal/professional lives, conducted recreational activities like

festivities, get-togethers, sports etc.
