Experience: I am responsible for conducting discreet surveillance of Claimant’s in insurance and worker’s compensation claims, using both a video camera, and a covert camera. Testifying in court, depositions and hearings when necessary. Providing written reports to coincide with video surveillance of Claimants including mobile surveillance of Claimants and fixed surveillance.

Updating the employer twice daily on the status of the case, as well as claimant’s activities for that period. Receiving instructions on whether to continue surveillance or terminate. Conducting pretext when necessary to obtain additional information in regard to the claimant, for the client. I am also responsible for handling the SIU Investigations for the company. I also have handle the classroom and field training of all new employees as well as updating current employees of new laws and regulations regarding the field of investigations. Currently I am responsible for conducting SIU investigations for mty employer. Including oral, written, and recorded statements, conducting investigations of accident scenes, taking photographs and measurements, interviewing witnesses, and interacting with attorneys and clients in regard to special instructions for the case. Diagramming and photographing of vehicle accident and industrial accident sites. Would provide additional security for armored car deliveries to those financial institutions. I was responsible for scheduling of employees. I also conducted private investigations for the company as they would arise. Providing written reports to coincide with photo and video surveillance of subjects. I would also conduct plainclothes security for various clients. I was responsible for the hiring and termination of employees, along with training of these employees.

I worked as both armed and unarmed security for the company as well as plainclothes armed security for various clients in the Dayton Metro region. I was also worked in the bail enforcement division of the company.

I left the company in 9/1995 when my uncle closed the company due to bad health.

I have conducted numerous fixed and mobile surveillances. I have testified in Court and Hearings on numerous occasions. I have my own surveillance equipment that I can use. Including a Sony DCR- SX63 camera, laptop computer and other investigations equipment, including covert camera equipment, and both micro-cassette and digital recorders for statements.
