Immediate Objective: A Challenging position needing my extensive mainframe

experience and mentor-level programming abilities in IBM mainframe (COBOL,

DB2, IMS/DB, IMS/DC and JCL). Have knowledge in Java and completed

certification in Hadoop (BIG Data). The ideal situation would be a lead

programmer analyst designing or supporting applications on mainframe or

database match and retrieval engines.

Project #1: Membership Application Maintenance.

Client: Highmark, USA

Project & Role Description:

Highmark is product which provides Health Insurance to various Health

insurance companies in USA. Highmark is non profitable organization located

in Pittsburg, and support to different third part organizations in USA.

Highmark maintains lifecycle of health insurance policies in various stages

like Policy underwriting, Membership, Claims, Clinical and benefits.

Highmark membership is dealing with all membership maintenance applications

including new policies thru various inbound and outbound process.

Environment: H/w: IBM MF. O/s: OS/390. S/w: COBOL, JCL, DB2, IMS DB,

ENDEVER, Trace Master and File-Aid.

Project #2: KT-530

Client: Bank of America

Project & Role Description:

China Yangtze Direct debits: China Yangtze has two kinds of processing

-Direct Debit collection instructions and Direct Disbursement instructions

from BAML clients. The below mentioned changes are GBS related.

Direct debit collections: Yangtze processes direct debit collection

instructions, send acknowledgement or negative acknowledgement in real

time, and funds to BAML on the next day. BAML system shall be able to

process the Direct Debit collection instructions, their corresponding

acknowledgement and negative acknowledgement from Yangtze and the single

consolidated inbound fund coming from Yangtze through CNAPS.

Direct debit disbursement: Yangtze processes direct debit disbursement

instructions, send acknowledgement and negative acknowledgement on the same

day back to BAML. BAML system shall be able to send consolidated outbound

funds to Yangtze via CNAPS before the end of the day.

Project #3: TAG LoH (Jan 2008 to August 2011)

Project description:

Transaction Application Group (TAG) is a fully owned company of Dell

Perot Systems and has 30 years of experience in providing full policy

administration and other business functions to Life and Health Insurance

clients. Dell Perot Systems TAG owns an IPR in Insurance Administration

systems knows as LifeSys.

The LifeSys system is the foundation of Dell Perot Systems insurance

administration solutions. Developed through decades of work with insurance

companies, Dell Perot Systems TAG LifeSys system is a powerful tool for

processing policies from initial new business submission to claims that

provides real-time access to policy information via the Intranet or

Internet. The LifeSys system provides:

. Comprehensive, real-time support along every stage of a policy's

lifecycle: New Business, Policy Issue, Administration and Claims

. A single platform that supports multiple products, including life,

annuities, disability, health and more

. The capability for rapid, cost-effective product development

. A proven process for converting from multiple source systems

. Scalability and modularity to fit any size company

The scope of current project encompasses:

. Functional and technical understanding of the project content.

. Design development of software applications on MAINFRAME platforms.

Project #4: TAG Vector Enhancements. (July 2007 to Jan 2008)

Project description:

Dell Perot Systems TAG regularly upgrades its LifeSys application to

meet changes request of its customers by undertaking multiple projects.

The current project involves to integration of variable annuity software

VECTOR with LifeSys to give TAG a variable annuity BPO capability.

Therefore integration of VECTOR with LifeSys is an internal program of

Perot Systems. VECTOR has a capability to process multiple customers in

once instance of application, whereas, LifeSys process all customer in

different instances of application. In order to integrate both the

applications, VECTOR application is required to be modified to have single

customer capability. TAG is planning to use CAS for making modifications in

VECTOR online and batch programs to integrate it with LifeSys.

The scope of current project encompasses:

. Convert all VECTOR programs to TAG compactable.

. Coding the programs/modules as per TAG.

Project #5: B365 Online Refresh Phase 1B (June 2006 to June2007).

Client: Bank of Ireland.

Project description:

Bank of Ireland is one of the biggest and repetitive customers for

Dell Perot Systems. Relation between BOI and Dell Perot Systems is more

than 10 years. During this time Dell Perot Systems provides varies software

application on retail banking web site, Book keeping etc...

B365 online is the retail banking web site of bank of Ireland.

Banking 365, having reviewed the functionality of the online systems, have

proposed changes to the existing architecture that will be implemented in a

series of phased upgrades.

Phase 1B that consists of international Payments, Add Domestic Beneficiary,

Mobile Top-Up and create/modify Standing Orders to be provided through the

B365 online site.

Roles and Responsibilities:

. Involved in coding and unit testing.

. Involved in preparation of unit test plan and unit test results.

. Involved in System Testing.

Project #6: B365 Online Refresh Phase 1A (November 2005 to April 2006).

Client: Bank of Ireland.

Project description:

B365 online is the retail banking web site of bank of Ireland. Banking

365, having reviewed the functionality of the online systems, have proposed

changes to the existing architecture that will be implemented in a series

of phased upgrades.

Phase 1A that consists of displaying NRA (Non Retail Account) details,

Delete Beneficiary, Make Future Dated Payments and Cancel Direct Debits.

Roles and Responsibilities:

. Involved in preparation of program Specification.

. Involved in coding and unit testing.

. Involved in preparation of unit test plans and unit test results.
