Highmark is product which provides Health Insurance to various Health
insurance companies in USA. Highmark is non profitable organization located
in Pittsburg, and support to different third part organizations in USA.
Highmark maintains lifecycle of health insurance policies in various stages
like Policy underwriting, Membership, Claims, Clinical and benefits.
Highmark membership is dealing with all membership maintenance applications
including new policies thru various inbound and outbound process.

Project & Role Description:
China Yangtze Direct debits: China Yangtze has two kinds of processing
-Direct Debit collection instructions and Direct Disbursement instructions
from BAML clients. The below mentioned changes are GBS related.
Direct debit collections: Yangtze processes direct debit collection
instructions, send acknowledgement or negative acknowledgement in real
time, and funds to BAML on the next day. BAML system shall be able to
process the Direct Debit collection instructions, their corresponding
acknowledgement and negative acknowledgement from Yangtze and the single
consolidated inbound fund coming from Yangtze through CNAPS.
Direct debit disbursement: Yangtze processes direct debit disbursement
instructions, send acknowledgement and negative acknowledgement on the same
day back to BAML. BAML system shall be able to send consolidated outbound
funds to Yangtze via CNAPS before the end of the day.

Project description:
Dell Perot Systems TAG regularly upgrades its LifeSys application to
meet changes request of its customers by undertaking multiple projects.
The current project involves to integration of variable annuity software
VECTOR with LifeSys to give TAG a variable annuity BPO capability.
Therefore integration of VECTOR with LifeSys is an internal program of
Perot Systems. VECTOR has a capability to process multiple customers in
once instance of application, whereas, LifeSys process all customer in
different instances of application. In order to integrate both the
applications, VECTOR application is required to be modified to have single
customer capability. TAG is planning to use CAS for making modifications in
VECTOR online and batch programs to integrate it with LifeSys.
The scope of current project encompasses:
. Convert all VECTOR programs to TAG compactable.

B365 online is the retail banking web site of bank of Ireland.
Banking 365, having reviewed the functionality of the online systems, have
proposed changes to the existing architecture that will be implemented in a
series of phased upgrades.
Phase 1B that consists of international Payments, Add Domestic Beneficiary,
Mobile Top-Up and create/modify Standing Orders to be provided through the
B365 online site.
