side; empathized and explained that we're all tired but still, we
should make it; gave moral support and we did our thesis and well-
maintained our relationship with each other.
. Collaborated with our Theatre play during our simulation days in
Professional Employment Program; performed Marketing activities such
as room to room selling, personal selling and explained what our
theatre play is all about and helped to construct props; These
activities helped in conflict resolution, time management and task
prioritization.

. Controlled the issues during College by being open-minded and
listened to both parties; Performed investigation about the issues;
Found out what's the win-win solution.
. Defined problem and identified the possible causes during our
Sangguniang Kabataan term by Explaining that we treated them fair
and we don't focused in just one team; their mind became open to
express their feelings and we kept them calm.

information; adapted a flexible Service Model, effectively identified
