half of the United States. The Jacksonville division specializes in Burger King, both domestic and

international, Subway and Einstein Bagels sales.

HR Manager, January 2013 to June 2014

As key business partner and a member of the divisional leadership team, responsibilities were focused

around key HR initiatives of talent optimization, reduction of risk and lead change. In addition, provided

HR support and expertise in the areas of recruitment, hiring, training, development, employee warnings,

terminations, workman’s compensation claim management, divisional safety, employee engagement,

succession planning and performance evaluations.

Key Results:

Implementation and facilitation of divisional Leadership Training Program. Developed and presented

training in the areas of “Caring for your Employees” training, Leadership Book Club and “Effective

Communications” training.

Development of Employee Engagement Committee and key roles in planning of events throughout the

year to promote engagement, such as Annual Open House and Rodeo, Annual Awards Banquet, “A Night

services from 2007 2011. Guided the startup and HR management of a full spectrum of HR operations,

systems and programs. Worked with new owner, senior management to create HR policies and
