Over all 19+ years (11 years in Gulf) extensive experience in the field of
HVAC Installations with highly reputed and established organizations.
Core Expertise & Responsibilities:
> Installation knowledge of all kind of HVAC Equipments such as Heat
Exchangers, Pumps, AHUs, FCUs, Thermal Wheels, Supply & Exhaust Fans,
Smoke Exhaust Fans etc.
> Installation of Chilled Water piping of different size (Risers & Floor
Piping) with necessary Valves & controls as per the shop drawing.
> Installation of Low Side works like Ducting, VCD's, Fire Dampers,
Smoke dampers, Grills & Diffusers etc.
> Installation of Fire Rated Ducting for Exhaust Air System etc.
> Knowledge of studying Shop Drawings, Builders Work Drawings and Design
Drawings. Ability to understand the specifications & implement the
same at site.
> To Prepare B.O.Q. and ordering of material as per time schedule and
sending enquiry for material delivery
> Preparation of Material Submittal and Method of Statements for the
material and Works.
> Co-ordination with Project Manager, Site Engineers, Main
contractor, and Consultants.
> Coordinating with mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing services for
completion of job as per Design and Drawings.
> Supervision, quality check, inspection along with consultant of
various works and maintaining ISO formats.
> Safety awareness of all kind of HVAC installations and implementing
the same at site. Conducting safety tool box talk on daily basis.
> Commissioning of system, preparing handing over documents and As Built
Drawings
