Duties consisted of managing the full life cycle recruiting process for new hire employees. Compile
and maintain employee information such as personnel data, compensation, benefits, tax data,
attendance, performance reviews, evaluations, and termination date and reason. Duties also included
developing recruiting strategies (college recruiting, job fairs, social media, etc.), candidate sourcing
(posting ads), screening, assessments, interviewing, reference checks, selection, negotiation and close.
Also to assist in accurate and timely input including payroll reimbursements or deductions due to
changes in employee status. Understanding of federal and state requirements for hiring procedures, in
particular I-9 forms and documentation, tax forms, and new hire paperwork and background checks.
Provides routine reports, as well as on an as-needed basis. Attends region, area, and store meetings on a

Agent Contract
Work directly with the president of the company, duties included assisting principal agent in preparing,
filing evictions and appearing in proper PC Courts (Commercial and Residential) for private owners,
banks, property management and real estate companies. Also to draw up and compose paperwork for
Real Estate services, Para-legal services, marketing properties, showing properties, lease preparation
and execution, setting up vendors for maintenance repairs, insurance, rehab and supervision on property.
Timely handling late notices and evictions on delinquent rents as required. Assisting in marketing
outreach to include interacting with neighborhood groups and community organizations. Cold calling to
follow up on prospects, new residents, renewals and service requests to insure timely and effectiveness

The duties of this position entailed basic knowledge of the QuickBooks program. Daily
collections activities such as calls, letters and filing proper paperwork on bankruptcy,
judgments and suits. Composing reports of daily deposit consisting of cash, checks, credit card
and ach deposit payments. Cross-sold warranty programs for individual accounts. Created a
system to use compiled information to report and file appropriate paperwork as needed for
quarterly maintenance per accounts. Collected and made decision on credit applications. Also
handled procedures for non-sufficient funds payments.
City Public Service/ IBEW Federal Credit Union San Antonio, TX 3/2003 to 5/2011
Collection Supervisor Jan 2009- May 2011
Reported directly to Board of Directors. Researched and worked directly with Credit Union
Attorneys on Member Share and Loan Accounts. Monitoring and maintenance of member loan
and share accounts with negative balance, past due payments as well as bankruptcy.
Investigated and reported to credit bureau, seized and sold property included in repossessions.
Also filed appropriate paperwork and represented Credit Union in both civil judgment court
and bankruptcy court. Performed new hire orientation at City Public Service Energy promoting
credit union services. Ordered general office supplies and for annual meeting. Other duties
included taking loan applications, pulling and reporting/researching disputes to credit bureaus.
I also monitored and maintained vehicle “gap” insurance on all auto loans.

My responsibilities include opening and closing member accounts, IRA’s, CD’s, plus taking
loan applications. Also maintenance the accounts, conducted regular teller transactions,
working the phone center, encoding checks, and serve as a vault teller. Generated weekly and
monthly reports for the teller department, ordered checks and atm cards. Cross sold all credit
union services.
